EXCHANGE
We are happy to accept an exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery.
RETURN
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date of order to customer.
Please contact and inform us by sending an e-mail to bozsisters@gmail.com before return process. We will be explaining how to return the product with our referral.
When you decide to return a product, please be sure about conditions below;
• Please fill and sign the invoice we have send you when you made the purchase and send the invoice with the package.
• Please send the package by YURTICI KARGO with our costumer number 1084098820
• Package of the products should not be damaged and the content of the package must be full with no items missing.
• Products must not be used.
• Products must be complete with the original package, including all accessories.
Evening dresses, underwears, swimsuits, earrings cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges (including taxes and custom fees).
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

REFUND
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
